The following general terms and conditions ("GTC") apply to the contractual relationship between GERGIN - Da Bua da Mur - Dry Gin (data according to the imprint) and the consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods through our webshop, at the time of ordering version.

(9) Jurisdiction:

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business.
